At Libertine-Libertine, we offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order to ensure you are completely satisfied with your contemporary wardrobe essentials. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all brand tags attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Place the garments in their original packaging or a secure shipping box, ensuring the return form is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
